Joseph de los Santos obtuvo su licenciatura en Derecho y Ciencias Políticas, en el año 2023, en la Universidad de Panamá, realizó el Curso Introductorio para el Examen Profesional de Acceso al Ejercicio de la Abogacía, en el año 2024, y la Sala Cuarta de Negocios Generales le otorgó su idoneidad profesional en el año 2025. Adicionalmente, cuenta con un Diplomado en Derecho Migratorio, obtenido en el año 2025. Joseph de los Santos earned his Bachelor’s degree in Law and Political Science in 2023 from the University of Panama. In 2024, he completed the Introductory Course for the Professional Exam for Admission to the Practice of Law, and in 2025, the Fourth Chamber of General Business granted him his professional certification.

Additionally, he holds a Diploma in Migration Law, obtained in 2025.

Joseph De Los Santos has been part of the justice administration system from 2022 to 2024, serving as Chief Clerk at the Municipal Civil Court of the Second Judicial District of Panama, under the Judicial Branch. During this time, he expanded his expertise in Civil Law.

Starting in 2024, he joined Mónica Castillo Arjona – Legal Office, where he works as a Legal Assistant, supporting practice areas such as litigation, administrative law, migration law, labor law, and family law. Mr. De Los Santos excels in assisting lawyers with various judicial and administrative processes. Additionally, he provides direct support to clients, guiding them through procedures that require his assistance.
